She was born in 1978, in city of Vladimir.

In 2001 she received with great honors her certificate of postgraduate studies from Saratov State Academy of Law. She has been appointed for the post of tutor at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Saratov State Academy of Law.

In 2003 she passed successfully both the entering exams (specialization 12.00.08), and the candidate exams. At present time Cherednichenko E.E. is writing her candidate dissertation under the direction of Doctor of Law, professor, N.A. Lopashenko on theme – “Princirles of Criminal Legislation: Definition, System, Normative Problems of Legal Regulation and law making:   Criminal Code of Russian Federation”.

Cherednichenko E.E. is author of eight scientific publications.

Aleksey Vladimirovich GORTINSKIY

In 1986 he received his certificate of postgraduate studies from Saratov State University.

In 2000 A.V. Gortinskiy defended his candidate dissertation (specialization 12.0009). Subject: “Theoretical and Methodological Bases of Forensic Diagnostics and the Printings’ Identification Computer”.

Reader at the Department of Information Theory and Computer Technology’s Application to Crime and Criminal Justice Issues...

Area of scientific interests consists of:

- computer technologies in case law and sentencing;

- forensic research on the auxiliary storage of computer;

- the development of the concept of track within the data-bases and data-collections of computer systems.

He is author of about 30 scientific and methodological publications. Coauthor  of the collective monograph "Computer Crime and Information safety" , edited by A.P. Leonova, 2000; coauthor of the article "Computer-Technical Investugation – The New Direction of Expert Studies" in: “The Control of the Protection of Information”. Volume 4. № 3. 2000.

 

Kazbek Mukhamedovich HUTOV

In 2001 he received with great honors his postgraduate certificate from the Institute of Public Prosecution of Saratov State Academy of Law. During the same year he has been admitted to join the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Saratov State Academy of Law. He went successfully through all candidate exams. At present he is writing hisdissertation under the direction of Doctor of Law, Professor N.A. Lopashenko. Title of the thesis: “Criminal Monopole: Research on Criminal Policy and Criminology”. Has a number of publications on this topic.

In July, 2002 K.M. Hutov  participated in the Second Session of Young Legal Scientists, organized at Saint-Petersburg Center on Research of Problems with Organized Crime and Corruption. In 2003 he won a grant to achieve the “Research Projects of Young Scientists” of Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption. In 2003-2004 he has been involved in the collective grant research “Economical Crime and Corruption: Regional Conditions and Specific Topics of the Development and Implementation of Legal and Criminological Strategies of Economical Crime Counteraction”. The Russian Humanity Science Fond (project № 03-03-00403a) has been the supporter of the research project.

During the academic year 2004/5 K.M. Hutov has been granted by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation with the Honor Award Scholarship of The President of Russian Federation.

 

Elena Vasilyevna KOBZEVA

In June, 2000 E.V. Kobzeva finished her studies at the Institute of Public Prosecution of Saratov State Academy of Law. She has been appointed for the post of tutor at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Saratov State Academy of Law. In October-November 2000 she was admitted to join the Center.. In 2001 E.V. Kobzeva passed candidates exams, and in April, 2002 she produced her dissertation. Due to  the recommendation of the Department, on 27 of June, 2002 Kobzeva E.V. defended her dissertation  “ Issues of Estimation and Evaluation in Criminal Law” (under the direction of Doctor of Law, Professor N.A. Lopashenko).

In 2002 she has been the grant-winner of Moscow Research Center on Problems with Organized Crime and Corruption.

Kobzeva E.V. participated in four sessions of the Summer School for Young Legal Scientists, organized by Saint-Petersburg Center on Research of Problems with Organized Crime and Corruption and / or Law Faculty of SPbSU (2001, 2003-2005). She participated also in the second session of the Summer School for Young Criminologists, organized by Vladivostok а также Второй сессии Летней школы для молодых криминологов, проведенной Владивостокским Center on research of organized crime (2005).

Since January, 2003 she is Coordinator of Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption.

Kobzeva E.V. takes part in a great number of scientific and applied sciences’ conferences and seminars of different levels. She is author of 25 scientific publications, include her monograph ( “Signs of Estimation/Evaluation in Criminal Law” / under edition of Doctor of Law, Professor N.A. Lopashenko. – Saratov, 2004. - 228 p.), and 6 works on learning methods.

 

 

Elena KOVALENKO

·        Tutor of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Saratov State Academy of Law

In 2000 she has been graduated by the Saratov Lyceum of Humanities with silver medal.

In 2005 she received with great honors her certificate of postgraduate studies from Saratov State Academy of Law. She gained the diploma of “Lawyer”, Specialization “Case Law and Sentencing”. In the same year she finished her education at Engels College of Industry and Economics where she gained her diploma with grat honors: Area of specialization: “Economics and Book-Marketing”.

In 2005 she has been admitted to join the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Saratov State Academy of Law as tutor on Criminal Law and Criminology.

Elena is actually involved in preparing her dissertation. Her research provides a focal centre on problems of smuggling of cultural values; research is scheduled under the guidance of Doctor of Law, Professor N.A. Lopashenko.

Since August 2004 till January 2005 she worked as a volunteer of the Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption.

In February 2005 Elena has been appointed for the post of Administrator of the Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption.

Elena is strongly involved in scheduling grant programs, scientific competitions and awards  on legal problems and cultural dilemmas. From May, 2004 up to now two grant research projects have been realized with the support of the Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption;  scheduling of a research competition of St. Andrew’s Biblical Theology Institute comes in addition.

Elena takes part in different conferences, debates, seminars, Summer Schools; she is public-relation officer of the Saratov Center and she is the major bridge builder between new international and traditional partners and networks.

Today Elena has 6 publications in print and 3 on-line.

 

Mikhail Mikhailovich LAPUNIN

In 2002 M.M. Lapunin finished his studies at the Institute of Public Prosecution of Saratov State Academy of Law, He gained hisDiploma with great honors. Since autumn, 2002 he is member of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at SSAL. Passed the candidate exams. At present – tutor at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, He is also member of the Faculty of Informatics in Saratov State Academy of Law. He is writing the candidate dissertation under the direction of Doctor of Law, Professor N.A. Lopashenko. Subject: “Secondary Criminal Activity and their Criminalization”. Is author of 18 publications focusing on this area as well as on on CT problems); see the whole volume – 5.9 p.l.

In 2002 realized the grant research “Another way to fight economic crime: Legalization of criminal profit: the best way to minimize crime involved in big business” of Saint-Petersburg Center on Research of Organized Crime and Corruption.

Natalia Aleksandrovna LOPASHENKO

Natalia Lopashenko, the Head of the Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption Problems, Doctor of Law, Professor, has received with great honors her certificate of postgraduate studies from Saratov Law Institute. Then she has been appointed as D.I. Kurskiy in 1981. Despite the fact that she has been the subject of   a recommendation for teaching post-graduate courses at the Law Institute, she decided to involve herself in a more practical activity and to work as investigation officer at the public prosecution office.

In 1985 Natalia Lopashenko introduced and developed Moscow post-graduate courses of law in “VUZI”. In 1986, under the direction of Professor P. Grishaev, she presented her dissertation “The Principles of Codification of Criminal Law Rules”, and as a result she has been post-graduated. In 1992 N. Lopashenko has been granted with the academic title of Redaer in Law..

To gain her Doctorate of Law, N. Lopashenko, in 1997, defended her Doctoral Thesis “Criminal Offences in the Area of Economics: Definition, System, Problems of Qualification and Punishment”, in front of the Dissertation Council of Moscow State Law Academy.

In 1999, according to the decision of the Ministry of Common and Professional Education of the Russian Federation, she was made Professor. Holding the Professor office  of the  Chair of Criminal Law and Law of Criminal Penalty and Sanction Execution, N. Lopashenko since 2000 is at the same time Head of the Department of  Legal Policy Problems at the Saratov Branch of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the RF; she is member of Criminology Association, a member of the  Criminal Law and Criminology Branch of Jurisprudence Council EMO of Universities of the RF, member of Dissertation Councils in Saratov State Law Academy and in Saratov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RF.

Since 2003, Natalia Lopashenko is the Head of the Saratov Center for the Study of Organized Crime and Corruption Problems. She conducts successfully research grant submission – she has been the  the winner of the “RGNF” competitions, of Moscow Center for the Study of Transnational Organized Crime and Corruption, of the American Center TRACCC, of “Open World” Program; opponent to Candidates’ and Doctors’ dissertations, takes part in conferences of different levels. N. Lopashenko is an author of more than 180 research works, including such as:
